London setlist anybody?
« on: December 12, 2015, 04:26:04 PM »
I couldnt make it to the Forum lastnight as my wife was recovering from an operation, its the first london NMA gig i've missed in 25 years! So is anyone going to post the setlist like the old days! I'm intrigued as to whether it was heavily laden with tracks from "high" like last  weekends set in Manchester, if it was i'm even more f**ked off i couldnt make it.thx

Always go to setlist.fm for these things.  They're really quick and usually accurate.  Just waiting for last nights gig to show up...

Fantastic performance by the band, as always. Bloodsports was a spectacular opener, great to hear Orange Tree Roads, Heroes and Fate. I don't think I've heard Breathing live before, so that was a bit of a treat. And I won't ever tire of ILTW as the final encore. Awesome stuff.

On the whole it was quite an angry set, and so many of the songs sounded like they could have been specifically written for this precise point in history. I suppose that's one of NMA's specialities.

And on a slightly different matter, the number of positive comments my Creaming Jesus got would suggest that it's high time there was CJ reunion.

Nice review, but after so many kind words, only 3 stars?  What the hell do you have to do to impress these people?   ::)
