Well Justin said, at Nottingham, that the new album was pretty much done but they weren't going to release it just yet... can't say I blame them, it's been a busy couple of years!  I suspect the second half of the year will see plenty of activity...

I hope they do another refugee benefit because that was the one gig, I was genuinely sad to miss.
They are pretty good at updating when gigs are announced so we just have to wait and see if anything is planned.

There are a couple of Festival dates in Germany just announced on the home page. The first of which is a free festival!

I like the sound of Free Festival. The second one is also very cheap and affordable. The places to sleep not so cheap. No hostels arounds so one must pay for a hotel.

Try Dortmund. That's a large city only about 20 km away from Waltrop. They should have cheaper options there.

Oh, hmmm...Waltrop isn't that far, I'll definitely have to keep that in mind.

Dortmund is very good advice regarding accomodation, you should be able to find something affordable there. It seems public transport between Dortmund and Waltrop shouldn't be an issue, either.
Their website also "sounds" quite friendly - maybe if you email them with your questions they can help you.

Second the Dortmund thing - I got a family room there once for 60 euros once just by walking in and asking at reception. I am really tempted by these 2 gigs as getting around Germany is so easy. I think I'll hire a car in Calais and do both gigs on a wing and a prayer. Apart from the usual suspects I might have room for a couple more bodies if anyone wants to endure a road trip with us lot (well 2 or 3)!!!
