Potatoes are a pleasant subject.
I concur. But I never realised the influence they had on football until last night

Hala (from the Anglo-Saxon word "halh", meaning nook or remote valley), until it was gifted by King Henry II to Welsh Prince David Owen and became known as Halas Owen

I dream vividly, pretty much every night and in very weird, intricate details!  Apparently, it may be a side result of the meds I'm still on after recent heath problems.  Personally, I quite like waking up with all this stuff spinning around in my head, it's far more interesting than my waking life!  Although many of those same memories usually drift away like smoke in the wind by lunchtime...  ;D

Still wondering about what last nights big dream meant...   ::)

Sorry about your mother-in-law witch.  Hope the healing starts soon.

As far as dreams go, I seldom dream (or wake with any recollection of dreaming).

Sometimes a dream was so realistic, it's with me for days. Also I can wake, go for a pee, get back into bed at a completely different angle, then when I awake again the same dream had continued.

if you look at all the information taken in and processed by the brain you will see that your concious mind is only actively processing about 0.5% of it at any one time. the rest is being processed/stored for process by your subconcious mind.some of it may be brought to concious process as its relevance is discovered and a lot of it then stord or dipensed of. this still leaves a lot of potentially relevant /useful info unsorted  in your subconcious. one of the functions of dreams is the subconcious mind sorting through this huge miscellania of info and clearing a lot of it. as this is your subconcious  mind sifting through info that hant been logically or conciously llnked it is a very non-sequitar process and when we remember dreams it is our (almost) concious mind attempting to make sense of this gibberish. thats what my psychology professor taught us.
