I fear the worst,  think Labour would have a good chance with a better leader.  On a personal note my current mp Alan Brown snp  has done a decent job and is probably certain to win again. Scottish prediction,  pains me to say it but the Tories to win more seats than Labour up here Best we can hope for overall is a hung parliament

I think we all know that the bloody Tories will get in.  But I suspect it won't be a landslide as previously predicted...

But who knows. I genuinely thought that it would be an 'IN' vote on another post-election June morning, a couple of years ago, and was genuinely surprised to see the result when I fired my laptop up to see the news...

I've been up since 5am, in a state of happy disbelief, and I'm still not sure what's better:
The Tories losing their majority
UKIP failing to win a single seat
The pictures of Tories with faces like slapped arses
The resounding silence from the Tory-paid trolls who've been gloating about the massive landslide they were going to win
Far better day than I was expecting (read, dreading) to wake up to.

I guess UKIP now knows that if you lie your way to a Brexit, it probably isn't a good idea to have elections relatively soon after.

I dont think anyone got what they wanted,  but it definitely could have been a lot worse,  it was looking like a tory landslide a few weeks ago. Disappointed with the Scottish results but the snp vote had to decrease.

At least the Tories have no clear mandate for the immediate future but it seems "chaos rules it all" for the foreseeable cos I can't see how May can survive for long and really nor can I see a tory/dup alliance lasting the distance - not sure that Ruth Davidson can be very impressed

Yes only the UK can have wacky candidates.
As for Scotland,  the Tories stood on anti independence vote and got a large percentage of that vote . I guess their crew forgot about all the nasty things.
