and Id say the answer is charisma for the sentence below ;)

I once saw a guy from a huge band , he was playing solo with his guitar on stage. And unfortunately there was nothing... it was empty apart those who knew that guy and knew his songs. For me it was the 1st time I saw him (I was there for taking photos) and honesty this guy got no charisma and this do almost all. Sorry for my broken english... :-\
