Best wishes, my friend.  Remember, it might be a new and scary experience for you, but for the guys who are doing this stuff, it's just another day at the office... they do this stuff everyday.   ;)

All the best to you!

Scary alright but look on the bright side. It's amazing that these procedures exist and that you can have it done.

I can totally understand that you are scared - who wouldn't be.

But a dear friend of my had both her hips replaced...ummm...last year or the year before that; one in February, the other in August. She was obviously scared as well - but both surgeries went well, she was very disciplined about all rehab measures - and is absolutely fine now, it didn't take that long for her to recover and she is super happy now to finally be able to do things she hadn't been able to in ages - and to be pain-free again.

Fingers are crossed and good vibes are being sent.  :-*
