It was kind of rough, i have some problems eating my breakfast at the moment, got hit on the cheek or i hit someone with my cheek, who knows ;), chewing is painful but totally worth it!
Betcha felt like a 4th encore, it took very long in between and many people left already the room. I think even the normal lights were on already?

And unlike other times, this time justin had more of a warning of the future for us, the unsure, unstable near future in general, but what scared me was, when he mentioned the "fkn" brexit, that there really could be some problems to travel with the band around the "rest" of europe. Think about taxes, visas, borders..

A cool review! I totally like that the author quoted many lyrics and songs for his description.

The crowd was a indeed particularly crazy this time - and the craziness was far more widespread this year.  ;D

Toes, shin and arms ar slightly more sore than in recent years but that's just fine.  ;) Not so fine was the idiot who threw an empty plastic cup to tjhe front where it hit the poor girl in fron of me on the head, bounced off and hit me on the forehead; yes, it's only plastic but thrown with force it still really hurt, the girl in front of me seemed to be in quite a bit of pain. >:(

Loved the setlist and was glad to still catch "Betcha" - with the lights on I was sure we were indeed done for the night and we had almost left.  :D

I really like Triggerfinger as well, didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised.  :)

The crowd went absolutely mental at the first chords of Whirlwind :D

It was a great night, fantastic setlist, :D  but litte overcrowded. So no thanks to the nuts who pressed his ancle of his arm in my back while i was dancing during nearly the whole concert. Did I hear right, that after Justins "******* Brexit" someone in the audience did cry out in reply "******* Moron"? Guess that one must have been definitely at the wrong gig. >:(

This year I had  a funny encounter before the gig.
Some minutes before NMA entered the stage, the guy behind me asked if I would let him go first, because he could not see the stage!   I agreed, but was wondering about his idea of what the next 2 hours would be like, because this happened  in the middle of the pit area. After the first seconds of Whirlwind I did not see him again …  I hope he found a save way out.

I don't want to start a new thread, but i went to cologne and amsterdam this year and i think i've noticed...that they all sing more, louder, better together...

I mean the background vocals, the choir, marshall, ceri, dean, michael..i think a big loud part goes to michael, but i felt that everybody after NOATV was singing more and powerfull than before...? Just a projection of mine? Did you notice something..?
