Store pwd reset

Got an email. Clicked the link. Username? What username?

I tried the email addy I use on the account - user not recognised.

Anyone got any clues?

Yeah, I'm getting the same message. Your user name is actually in the first email they sent out. Took me a while to find it. However, after the password reset it wouldn't let me sign in, giving me that same error message. I noticed that it also changes the username to the email address when you get the error message. Not sure what that's about. Maybe just a bug in the system or it's overloaded. I'll try again tomorrow.

You need to use your username, not your email by the way. Hope that helps :-)

I've gone through the shop reset process ok, but have found none of the details from my old account have been carried through - except name and email address. No posting address, previous orders etc. But more concerning, I cannot see a logout button anywhere !?
