It looks like seats in the orchestra pit are going pretty fast. I'm not 100% certain I'm committed to Germany in the summer, but I bought a pair just to cover my bases. So perhaps I'll see you in July, cthulhu.

Sounds great, that would be superfantastic! I've ordered also a ticket already and i think i should have a look out for an hotel, seems that they will do more gigs around that weekend in berlin.

From what I'm seeing on various Facebook threads these tickets seem to be going very quickly

I know of loads of people who have already booked this (myself included, but me and the misus are going over for a few days)

Going to be a busy, expensive year me thinks :) :)

Some of us over here in the states can only hop the puddle once per year...so it would sure be nice to get the whole schedule for next year so I could figure out what I'm getting myself for xmas  (and where I'm going) Hint hint! ;D

from the front page

In celebration of our 40 years in music, we are announcing shows at Nottingham’s Rock City on 7th November and a very special event at London’s iconic Roundhouse in Camden on Saturday 28th November. Both concerts will feature a three-hour set with songs spanning our entire career. These events, together with the already announced Glasgow gig on July 10th, will be our only major 40th Anniversary headline shows in the UK this year.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 14 February at 10am via www.myticket.co.uk

You may be right,  but even so, I am still looking forward to 3 hours of Rock City heaven.

After so many years of late December shows, it will feel like Xmas has come early !

It is, indeed, my favourite venue in London by far....

But no Rock City show this Christmas then?  I'm feeling a bit like when Alan Rickman (in that Robin Hood film) said... 'AND CALL OFF CHRISTMAS!'   :-[

A very cool announcement and much time ahead to be able to be there, when the sale starts.
But some questions arise, like Nottingham or London?  And will there be christmas shows...

I think that they will do some christmas shows like in amsterdam, cologne and paris, but i think that these shows announced will be the special 40th big ones, with an extra setlist.

It's worth mentioning guys, that July's show in Glasgow, is now an official 40th Anniversary Show, 3 hours, two sets, no support (previously Headsticks were announced, but its been confirmed that this is no longer the case).

The Garage is a pretty cool venue, and at only 700 capacity, on the small'ish / intimate side of things.

See you in the The State Bar (cracking ale pub a couple of hundred yards up the road!  :)
