the jazzandrock article has a good video in it, showing the beginning of the concert with no rest.

Thanks for sharing.  I've been to loads of Cologne gigs but with them opening with No Rest, it just seemed like the entire front 3rd of the audience exploded in unison and it was great to be in the middle of it.  I had hoped that someone had filmed it from above, so the clip was great to see.
