R.I.P. Robert McCullough
« on: February 15, 2020, 08:05:22 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I’m just posting this in case anyone here knows or remembers Rob McCullough. He followed New Model Army between 1990 and 1993. I hitched around the country with him on the LOHC tour and he often talked about the Impurity tour and the Smalltown England tour of 1992. He got back into live music scene over the last decade and usually went to the Rock City December gigs and any time NMA Played in the Southampton / Portsmouth area.

Sadly, he died of a heart attack on 31st January. I was told yesterday that his mum is struggling to contact all his friends about the funeral (25th February, 1pm, Wessex Vale Crematorium, Southampton) so I thought I’d put a post on here in case any of the regulars here knew him and hadn’t heard the sad news.

I would have put this in the RIP thread, but I thought more people might see it this way.

Have you shared this on the facebook page ?

Sad news.
I don't think I knew him.
I know faces.
Not names.
That doesn't matter.
We are all family.
Whooosshhhh !!!

Sad news.  I also don't think I knew the fella in question but, like WW, I've met so many people at NMA gigs, particularly at Rockers during Christmas, without knowing their names.  Sounds like a fine fella, RIP, Sir.
