The perfect day -The Cure I had a perfect day in the Netherlands and in Belgium aswell with some good friends and some very nice Vla and more so today was a good day  8)

Dust - Fields of the Nephilim

Talking of Lizzy Stoney, I bought Powertrippin' by the Almighty today on CD for £2. Have it on vinyl but fancied listening to it and popping it on the iPod. Great to hear Jesus Loves You (But I Don't) and Out of Season again....great stuff from one of our fave ex NMA men.

Nice buy mate! Did ya get the double vesion with Donnigton set? If not I'll copy it fer ya? Archway bought me Crank on clear vinyl all signed up aswell fer my birthday the superstar! I was chuffed to bits with that little surprise!!!!!!!!

Cheers mate - very kind. It is the Double CD with Donington '92 - great to finally have Free n Easy on my iPod!

The signed Crank sounds great - got to get my signed albums mounted and up on the walls - been stuck in cupboards for years! Got a nice T&C signed by Ed - we saw him busking in Nottingham back in 1989 - dived in to Virgin Megastore and bought the album (again!), dashed up to him and had a good chat and he signed it. What a great chap!

Thanks again mate - see at Rock City in December if not before.

i'm listenning and watching a video of the band Red Fang (where i can see myself trying to take photos )  from their gig i went a few days ago in Versailles (parisian suburbs) and it was heavy and awesome ! this guys rock!

Preparing for a weekend back behind the Steel Wheels DJing our local football clubs music festival by listening to some classic punk tunes.  Got the Ruts Staring At The Rude Boys blasting at the minute.

this band has been critized all the time but i still listen to them 'cause it helped me a lot.
and their last album is really good. Been to Belgium to see them and i wasn't disappointed at all. it was one of their best gig. Small venue are really the best for bands.

A new band for me - only heard 1 minute of a song some days ago, out of a car on the car space and asked the owner:

Mandrugada - Majesty (live) (is on yt)

a old band from norway (1992 - 2008) and more powerful are "Stories from the streets" or Lucifer
remind me of a mix of Black Angels an BRMCC and Calvin Russell, Springsteen, Cave ....?
New and well known at the same time ???
