Oh, Carter are one of my top ten bands ever!  Brilliant lyrics and amazing live!  Did you catch any of their handful of reunion gigs a few years ago?  I went to a few and, no joke, actually ran into Justin outside one in Leeds, no idea if he actually went into the show... anyone remember if he ever said he was a Carter fan?   ???

No mate. Didnt make the gigs. Really really clever lyrics I think and very poppy songs. Great band.

Hey, you lot, do me a favour?  My friends Steph's band The Dying Lights (I've mentioned them before and the last video I posted got a couple of good reactions!) have a new tune out on Youtube, 'Crash'.  They're an unsigned band, making original music and making videos with ****-all financial backing just because they love doing it.  I think they're rather good and worthy of attention so would you mind giving it a watch (or two!) and possibly leave a 'like', comment or even a share?  Won't cost you anything and I think we all need to support original music especially in these days when they can't even make a quid or two from live performances?

Not necessarily my cup of tea but they do have some nice stuff going on, sure watched the vids they had! Bonus points for the drummer for the same KJ -shirt I have :)

Absolutely bloody love The Cure.  I had a big long checklist of 'bands I love and must see live one day...' and The Cure are the only one left un-ticked.  One day, eh?   :-[
