Flower To Hide - Catherine Wheel. Loved this band in the early 90's.  Great live and very under-rated.

Loved them too.  3 great albums and 2 decent ones.  Rob put out a decent solo after the breakup, but they should have been so much bigger.
Never got to see them live and always hoped there would be a reunion set of gigs.

I seem to recall that Catherine Wheel were a lot bigger in the US than the UK and 'Adam And Eve' got 'album of the year' in some big magazine or other, possibly Rolling Stone?  These are very faded memories...

Everyone's reforming these days, so hope is not lost!   ;)

Was that the place on Sauciehall Street? Only been to Glasgow one time for Depeche Mode at the SECC, walked past it, thought it looked like a good venue... or was the ABC the place that I noticed when I was speeding back home on the train?   ???

The abc is indeed in sauchall street, the place you passed on the train was the carling academy or the o2 academy now. Yes definitely a good venue, probably holds about 1000
