You know those songs that you can slip on, and they always tend to fit with whatever season or time of day it happens to be?  Well, for me this is one such extremely RARE song.  Not many songs work, fuse so perfectly, seamlessly, like this one does.  I get lost in this track, always end up listening to it hours, upon hours, upon hours on end.  It's one of the most breath-takingly stunning tunes, ever.  Thrilled Ms. Raitt sings it, it suits her style SO incredibly well.  Her vocals and guitar work are just ethereal, sweet, melancholy-yet-hopeful, eye-watering, heart-swelling, and ultimately... sublime.  I especially love the accordion in it, it exquisitely lifts and carries one even further, deeper.  I just can't say enough wonderful things about this particular song.  Sad that not many folks have ever even heard of it.  So sad, indeed.

Just love everything about it.  Lends itself so incredibly well to late night listening, dreaming.
This was the only song I ever knew from these guys.  But fcuk, it hits so good, so deep.

It's SO beautiful.  Too beautiful, even.  Neil penned some astonishingly gorgeous love songs.  This one, to his wife.
