Not only a fantastic bedtime track to lose oneself in, but one that beautifully fits / compliments
slightly cooler-weathered evenings, the sound and vision of falling autumn leaves, 'n long, soft, rainy grey days, too.
I have a serious soft spot for shoegaze and melancholy songs, and this one sure hits the spot.  Wonderful band, brilliant tune.

edit:  I'm not great at cracking lyrics, but it just struck me today that the opening line to this truly beautiful song might in fact be...

'There's  a  blizzard  of  gulls,  they're  drowning  in  the  rain...'

I don't know for certain, but that's what it really sounds like to me (from the inserted live clip filmed for "The Current").  Still, radiant... whatever the opening line.  An incredibly, deeply, moving gem.  Sending much love and peace, to all.  Take care of yourselves and each other.  Stay safe, wherever you may be, or that that may be.
