Who directed the 'Here Comes The War' video?

Noticed that the 'Here Comes The War' video has a resemblance to Neil Young's 'Keep on Rockin' in the Free Wold' video.  Bearing in mind that both songs were produced by Niko Bolas, I was wondering if anyone knows if it was the same director on both videos? - I've tried to Google it to no avail! - Also have read the notes on the Anthology booklet, but no mention of the director by name...
