The first few Orchids coming into flower out in the fields behind the cemetery. Seems it don't matter how crap you feel Gaia will find something to put a smile on your face and give your soul a hit if you choose to look.

The only time i am ever truly happy is among nature or music. I go on bike rides at 4 in the morning. it really dark because there are no street lights where I ride. I have a couple of very weak bike lights so it's like blindly riding and that feeling of fear/excitement, adrenaline.I ride until the sun comes up and there are no cars or people on the road. Just the occasional rabbit or nocturnal animal. I am then momentarily happy.

Picking up turtles on the road and bringing them to the safety of the river and prevent them from being killed by cars. Just knowing that I saved them and getting close up to wild-life is amazing.

That's great Amandistan you helped them.

We're so happy about the huge amount of bird's nests in our garden right now which is full of life. The little birds make so funny noise there. I & my wife actually love birds.  :)

I just hope our neighbour understands to keep their cat inside the house. It's a master hunter.
