Yes, Pol, and this time it will me a proper meet, hopefully before the gig and not an after meet where we can manage a proper conversation and not like last time when it was me being introduced to you guys by Shush and I was so drunk that it was all I could do to stop my eyes drifting in different directions...  :D

6 days of enjoyment all to myself with no jobs. For 6 months when traveling, I have been mostly working and had not time to really see sites. So it's 3 days in Krakow, Then it's  2 days in Lviv Ukraine. Then cheap as dirt night train. (4 euros for 13 hour sleeper to the Ukrainian/ Romanian border. Then it's walk 1.5 km across border and then another after crossing into EU side to Romania. I am actually excited about walking across a border. :D
Oh and using bla bla car and sleeping in stranger's homes most of the way.
Where I'm from is not my home, and neither's where i'm bound.

Listening to music.

Had a bad attack of insomnia last night, thanks to certain personal problems, so gave up at about 2am, plugged my mp3 player into my ears, full blast, and lay there in the darkness listening to fine tunes until I drifted off, roundabout the time the morning sun was brightening my bedroom window...

No matter what happens to me, music always makes me feel better.

I'm soon getting ready a work I've been doing for our sauna. I'm building wooden benches for it where you can sit. Well, my wife's a bit angry it took so long time to devise the system there but I don't want to create something that you would end up to build once again if it found not to be working later on. So, it has to be a good design that will last tens of years and if you'll sell the house some day the benches should look like something that would look convenient to others eyes too.

We had a big renovation in bathroom and sauna in June and July. So this is actually the last step with the renovation.

No, I'm not working in construction but I've learned some things with carpentry as a self taught. Watching step-by-step videos, devising things and building them helps a lot and I've done it now for years.

Here's a pic about a traditional way of building the benches in sauna in Finland. There's also a new, modern way of building them which has much more curved lines than the traditional way has but I'm just making plain, traditional benches.

Yeah Coumarin, there are some important things with carpentry in rooms that'll have a high rate of moisture,  like the way of using paraffin oil with the wood. If you cover the wood wholly with it it will rot. So, it has to be able to get dry also afterwards.

Here is an example of a new way of building the benches.
