So the smoking ban is 10 years old in Scotland today, aye we had it first a bit like the poll tax lol. I think looking back that its been a really positive thing , remember just how stinking some pubs etc where, did anyone go into a bookies back in the day fck you couldn't see for smoke. On the news they said heart attacks and strokes were down 20% and dieses' from passive smoking over 80%. Sadly smoking is still the biggest cause of avoidable death but lets hope that will be allowed and encouraged to rejuice in the future

I got a long weekend coming up, a dear friend is spending Easter at our place - can't wait.

I got back from a wonderful protest and the feeling of unity was wonderful. There was rain, a rare hail-storm, smoke and teargas but it was wonderful. I marched with Greek anarchists, people in the Greek Anti- Fascist movement and refugees. The fascist pricks were on other side of large police blockade.

 We started running at one point and then the hail came crashing down and rain and their was a smoke bomb somewhere. It looked like an image out of a film. The best moment was when someone spray-painted "NO BORDERS" on the side of a bus. It really touched me and everyone cheered. Nobody was hurt as the police in Thessaloniki are kinder than Athens.

Nothing on earth beats the feeling of solidarity. No drug, nothing. I met some new Greek friends and Afghani friends.  I keep falling deeper in love with people from Afghanistan each day. All i meet are wonderful and it is a shame that their country is not safe.

The zip from my tiagd hoodie was broken I went to a seamstress she told me this hoodie is old worn out and not worth while to repair and it would cost some euros ....I told her I dont xxxx care ( hope  my text is alright in english and you will know what I mean ? so Im feeling really happy about my mend tiagd hoodie
