Just googled what a 'bridie' was, never having heard of them.  What's the difference between that and a 'breakfast bridie'?

If it's anything as good as a lorne sausage, I need another trip to Scotland.

Oh right I guess you found out its basically a pastie . Your standard bridie has a mince ( generally beef) n normally onion filling. I actually went into the bakers for a steak bridie ( think steak pie with a different shape pastry) . The breakfast bridie has a steak n black pudding filling n is probably at least twice the size of your average pastie

Scotch pie. Used to eat those a lot. Thin pasty cup with a lid with a small hole and peppered meat inside. Never see them in the shops anymore.

What we would starve without pies lol. The Scottish must have one of the most unhealthy diets going where else would even think of deep frying a mars bar.

Dare I mention sport. Very happy to see wins for Scotland in the rugby (sorry any welsh members but it been 10 years in the making) Also a vital win for Kilmarnock in the spl , the bottom half of the table is incredibly close with only a few points between 7th and 12th

 Just got my confirmation for my Trip to Manila Philippines in May. Part business part vacation but my 1st time to a new place I have never been to but heard a lot of good stories about. I love to discover another land and another culture plus sample some exotic Filipino cuisine.

Started to get the roll man who delivers to the shop into nma . Gave him the d&w film to watch and   t&c so far and he has liked both. Spreading the gospel

It's good to spread the word!  On another Forum, I'm turning quite a few fans of, believe it or not, Marillion into devoted NMA fans!

Just goes to show that there are so many people out there who would love this band if the bloody music media gave them a bit of a shout-out!
