For me, today, finding out that a band that you've loved for a long time, seen live many times and genuinely thought had split up is, in fact, still together, there's a new tune on Youtube and they have a new album out in a few weeks!   

In this case, it's Alkaline Trio, new album out at the end of August and tour dates imminent.  Here's the new track if anyone's interested...

Thanks Anna, first day today and, damn, so much to learn!  It's all a bit technical and I was always a bit more of an English and History person at school rather than Science or Technology... but I think I landed the gig thanks to being a rather good bullshitter and I'm pretty sure I can bullshit my way through it!  Head = a bit battered tonight, a couple of large brandies and an early night will help... thanks for the goodwill message, me duck!
