Have just watched ERASERHEAD (again) on DVD,i still find it as disturbing and bizarre as the first time i saw it many,many years ago,i actually still have my VHS copy.An absolute classic (imho).. ...as an aside you can listen to the whole soundtrack from the film on Youtube Music..........go on give it a go...

Saw that on tv a couple of times many years ago. Has to be one of the weirdest films I've ever seen ! Definitely disturbing and bizarre !

Finished "Fleabag" yesterday, well the second series that was available here, and i'm thrilled. Was a very funny experience, a very blithely handling of sexual aspects, a wonderful timing and super dialogues. She really has some skills, wrote and acted the whole thing, very impressive.

Yeah. I love the Aardman stuff but this one really lacks the magic of Nick Park.

'Fast And Furious presents Hobbs And Shaw'... the spin-off from those FAF movies that I'm not terribly fond of, although a couple of them were quite enjoyable.  This one, however... bloody loved it, certainly the funniest film I've seen this year.  Not so much 'tongue in cheek' as 'tongue pushed through cheek and poking out the other side', all wrapped up in an action movie so ludicrous it makes the likes of 'Con Air' look like a BBC4 documentary.  Trailer below...

Watching the latest walking dead episode and I have no idea why I still stick with it other than I've invested 10 seasons already. but really, I don't really give a crap about any of the actors and as we stumble around trying to build a society with its law and mores, makes it even more boring.

Have just watched the French gorefest that is Frontiers,a charming little tale of Nazis,cannibals and incest....was going to have a nice mixed grill,pork chop,sausages and black pudding for my evening meal...think i'll have a salad instead.. ...

Frontiers is, indeed, a very 'strong' film... I still think that Martyrs tops it, though, simply because the central concept is just so damn WRONG!

Yeah, Ghosttrain, i was surprised that you feasted on the hard stuff, which for me is only what i've heard about Frontiers and Master Ray mentioned the other infamous french video-nasty which i haven't seen (yet), but don't let your evening meaty meal be turned into a vegetablesoup by those just movies;-))
But a good movie also can ruin your day in a way...thinking about Eraserhead.
