I have seen Switchblade Romance but only the once and I don't remember much about it, so it's right on my 'must rewatch list'.

Just embarked on a big 'This Is England' re-watch, the TV shows 86, 88 and 90 (don't need to see the original film again, seen it so many times I can practically re-watch it in my head...)

Damn, how can a show be so funny one moment and so shocking the next?  And some of the best performances I've ever seen...

Thank you for that,i have just ordered a copy from Amazon......really cheap,in fact the postage cost more than the film... ::)...still,six quid all in is pretty good..

i forgot to mention that i first didn't know the title switchblade romance, but i had heard it before and then remembered that it is: "haute tension" which is the french original title and its also known as "high tension" or "x-tension". so i hope you get an uncut copy and if it is the dvd vesrsion by  "optimum home" for a british release, thah it is uncut. also very curious what you'll say about it.
ever tried. ever failed. no matter.
try again. fail again. fail better.

Gave the first episode of that new Star Wars TV show, 'The Mandalorian', a go.  Do people still describe things that are desperately mediocre as being 'meh'?  If so, it was meh.  Doubt I'll bother with the rest of it.

Ghosttrain also did mention that this is a good show and the trailer was really showing some good music and humour. I think i will give it a watch after finishing Dark.

Scary stories to tell in the dark-Hmmmm. Its a bit teenagey tbh. Not really a horror film.
Hala (from the Anglo-Saxon word "halh", meaning nook or remote valley), until it was gifted by King Henry II to Welsh Prince David Owen and became known as Halas Owen

"Greg Davies, looking for Kes" on BBC4. Light hearted documentary about the classic film including re-visiting some of the locations with the original Billy Casper .

Good stuff.
