NMA Forum Q&A Session Monday 3rd February
« on: January 27, 2014, 10:07:01 AM »
On Monday 3rd February from 7pm GMT for an hour (or so!), the band will be answering your questions here on the Forum. These can be addressed either to the band as a whole, or to an individual member. The aim is to answer as many as we can and on as wide a range of subjects as you care to ask. The forum Q&A will be moderated by my good self, and questions should be sent anytime from now (27/01/14) until midday on Monday 3rd February to the following address: forumqanda@newmodelarmy.org

We look forward to hearing from you!

Great stuff !!   :)

Should ask separate questions on separate emails, or to allow more people to get involved, should we ask just one question each?

Ask as many as you want or someone might ask the same question and that gets answered instead. It is also possible that all the questions may not get all answered given time constraints, but the intention is to try and give everyone a fair crack at the whip as it were.

Yes, it's 19.00 UK time, so 14.00 in New York, 20.00 in central Europe.

Viv, I was wondering how the session will pan out, will we just need to keep refreshing our browser to see fresh answers as they come in?

Well I'm kind of making this all up as I go along, but yes, you will need to refresh your browser (press F5) every so often as the forum doesn't automatically update itself. Thinking I'm going to make a special section on the forum so each question would be a new thread and answers would come as follow up posts on that thread. Well, that's the thinking at the moment, it'll probably change in five minutes time when I think of something better...

Hala (from the Anglo-Saxon word "halh", meaning nook or remote valley), until it was gifted by King Henry II to Welsh Prince David Owen and became known as Halas Owen

I like the idea of that Viv with each question becoming a thread  ;)
