In a word rusco Yes, not only will you save money you will feel a lot better for it. Even as a ecig smoker i now realize how stinking cigs are , was in a shop today and a woman came in who had just been smoking and you could smell it off her from at least 10 feet away.
So be determined and go for it.

Deffo Rusco.  Go for the e-cigs.  Maybe that's hypocritical of me seeing as I'm a 'social smoker' nowadays, but I've gone from being 20-a-day to far less than two packs a week and the e-cigs got me there.

Of coarse you should give up smoking Rusco. Its never too late, you are never too old to start improving your health. In a few weeks that paska will be out of your blood reducing the risk of heart attack. Like many, in the past I tried and failed to give up several times. With E-cigs, I haven't had a fag now for over 3 years. There are plenty of E-ciggers here to give you advice if you choose to go that way.

Off course you should give up! You're gonna be a long time dead and its free so why pay to rush it? I used to be the standard packet-a-day smoker for 20 years. Always thought it would be impossible to stop but in the end it was actually easy. You just gotta be in the right frame of mind and see smoking for what it is; an addiction that you don't enjoy anywhere near as much as you think you do. E-cigs work for a lot of people but in the end they weren't for me. I just wanted to stop putting poison into my system in whatever form and they don't stop the craving for nicotine. But different things work for different people.

Haven't had a cigarette/e-cig/patch in over 10 years and never even think about it anymore.

Decisions at the mo ...  I really like our old car too .we are driving a estate diesel car( Renault Megane Grand tour her name is Meggy ( yes to be honest Im a big crazy with cars ...have to admitt and she had done the last years a big and good job for me and my family ( lots of Festivals and NMA Gigs aswell with some great NMA Sticker    at the mo the sotty particle makes probs I was driving  our car for more then 120 km today Ive tried to dissolving the probs but didnt work  The another thing is Ive felt in Love with a Peugeot RCZ such a lovely car looks so great and wonderfull but Im felling unsure at the mo if that car would be suitable for daily use ok our son has now his own car but our daughter is 15 years old and to be honest the Peugeot RCZ is a Coupe

The pug rcz is a beautiful looking car and that's coming from someone who doesn't drive and doesn't have much interest in cars You need to weigh up what is best for you do you stick with practical or go for the sporty looker

Roommates who go outside to smoke and come in and cause my lungs to breath in the smoke form their clothes. It nearly defeats the purpose of smoking outside when others still get second hand smoke.

Sorry to sound rude Amanda but come on you don't get passive smoking from someone's clothes. Don't forget smokers don't realise how much it smells either Keep some perfume or air freshener handy

I am allergic to most perfume and air fresheners.  It doesn't help. I have very overactive senses and the smell of smoke on clothes effects my allergies. Even weed smoke smells better.

Bikers in the Netherland have no regard for walkers it seems. They ride 3 side by side and expect the walkers to move out of their way. The path is marked bikers and walkers and they seem unwilling to share.

The fckin council they have decided to start emptying the wheely bins every 3 weeks instead of every 2 ffs it used to be very week. The bins are already stacked full as it is. Not only will they stink they will attract vermin and flys  There a petition already started so hopefully they see sense though I much doubt it

And I thought St Nicola had promised you bin collections every day! I would then only pay 2/3rds of your council tax then, if they are doing less work! Never seems to work like that does it.
