I've lost a stone since my operation without dieting or exercise.
In fact I'm less active and have been eating more cheese and chocolate then ever ! (they said to up my calcium to combat osteoporosis.)

Nice one !

Thanks everyone.

All my clothes are starting to fit me again.

Got a Damned shirt on today that was straining at the seams last time I struggled into it. Plenty of room in it now.
Last weekend I had a Mission shirt on that I'd never worn before because I couldn't get into it.Mark thought it was new.

Turkish beaches during off season. All blue water and pebbles. I got a portion all to myself. No english and european tourist, just a few Turkish people.  Plus complete strangers give you tea and invite you in as usual it seems here.

Getting my head shaved at the Turkish barbers , especially the hot towels bit though when he burn the small hair off with the burning methylated spirits is a bit strange at first
Would definitely recommend it to all fellow baldies
