Went to a wedding do of one of the women from my college course last nice. It was really nice because her family members were coming up to us (the college group) and thanking us for changing Georgie's life by making her a more confident person with a goal in life. They were kissing the tutor and shaking her hand and thanking her for opening Georgie as a person.
Lovely.
Plus the wedding had a 50's vintage theme so everyone looked amazing.

My physio therapy is amazing.

I do Pilates for 10 mins every morning and every evening.

I haven't taken any antispasmodics for a week.

I have a little spikey rubber ball that I roll my feet over when I sit to read/watch telly.

What made me happy on Friday night, was the end of year teachers meal at a pub in the arse end of nowhere. No body gets pissed or says anything to upset anyone else, all very "school" even though we're out.Not that good I hear you say, but....The Wurzels were playing in a tent round the back and we got free entry ! Most of the teachers buggered off because "it wasn't their thing" leaving 3 of us to have the best teachers night out ever !!!!
