taking my 13 year old daughter to her first NMA gig together with 2 daughters of 2 longterm NMA friends of mine last night in Alkmaar and seeing the 3 girls really having a great night. Driving back home after the gig and singing "Die trying" with the 3 of us. An unforgettable night.

A meet with friends... it was supposed to be 'just hanging out with my mate at his house and watching a film or something'... turned out to be 4 and a half hours in the pub with another great mate, talking utter bollocks and laughing like loons... I really needed that after the last couple of days.  And why do afternoon drinks taste so much better than night-time drinks? 

It was worth the 50 minute bus ride home with a bladder that was saying 'why didn't you take that last piss before you left the pub, knobhead?'
