Anyone know how much is in a "flagorn" of wine? Come to think of it exactly what is a flagon?

Either way I bet it costs even more than a beer in Rome - 20 euros  :o

A pint in a pub here costs £4.50 but a 4 pack in Tesco express costs £3.50. Wonder why people don't go to pubs so much anymore ......................  :(

I suppose it is a case of paying extra to sit outside at one of the main tourist attractions. Cheapest Litre I found in Rome was 16 euro, Rome is a pricy place !!

The beer was nice though, Moretti and Peroni ,, but the best beer I found in a bar in a side street, German HB pils.

German's make the best beer I.M.O.  ;)

I prefer bitter ones - Jever, Becks, Warsteiner, but there are more than 1.000 german beers , most (and not bitter ones) made in the south, only a few in the north

A lot of best beers to discover  ;)

It was very nice like all Bavarian beers, German and Czech. I like the German beer law - Water, Barley, and Hops. A Vegan friend of mine told me about it. He has a list of beers he can and cannot drink, but all German beers are OK only having the three ingredients. Unlike for example Guinness which I am told contains fish  :o

OK, having a bit of lunch before getting my train home from Nottingham and having to listen to a bunch of 'The Lads', a bunch of early 20-something beery, designer-clothed, utter tossmonkeys (already on their second of third pint by mid-day) who could talk about nothing more than what they'd do to any girl who walked by the window, what they'd do to the waitress that served them ('dirty little *****', apparently...) and what their mate did last night to some lucky young, ahem, 'slag' (pictures were then shared around to much chortles)...  :(

I hate slimy little misogynistic bastards like that.  To over-compensate like that, they must have cocks the size of peanuts.

My brother spending 136,000 on a car.

I have not spoken to him in years but it pisses me off nonetheless. I guess i hate him even more now.

I'm actually glad i posted this coz it's been annoying me for a while.
