Touche, sir. It's a personal thing of mine that I just find flashy displays of wealth to be rather tasteless, a big 'look at me, peasants' kind of thing. It doesn't help that I do not understand the appeal of cars. Haven't owned one in the best part of a decade...
I don't begrudge anyone making their money if they've worked hard for it. Good luck to them. But an awful lot of people who have a lot of money have done it through connections, family or otherwise, that most of us never had, no matter how hard we worked. 'It's who you know', etc.
That's 'some' people, BTW. Again, respect to those who dragged themselves up from nowhere...

I, for example, do not see the draw in getting tattoos. I realise on this site that is anathema. But to me rarely they can be good, mostly they look hideous and there is an epidemic in the UK just now, get over 50 years of age and they start to look "dubious", ahem, but I don't hate people who have them!!!!!!
