People in Vietnam who scam and rip you off and even stalk you to buy a product. When people who cook and serve food tell you that you have ordered chicken rice when in reality it is probably dog. I am very pissed as this man selling street food in Vietnam probably served me dog meat. It tasted like fatty goat meat in garlic and chilli. there were dogs tied up near by. he smiled so widely when i asked him if i were eating dog. He said no but it could not have been true. . I managed two bites of it before i realized that it was not chicken. I feel ill now. I don't know what they can't just advertise it as dog meat instead of calling it chicken. i am all for embracing culture and straying from my own but i can only go so far. I can eat snake, durian, frog, soup made from cow penis, random unknown sea creature. I have no fear of trying strange foods but why lie about what it is? I would never have chosen to eat a dog due to association with my childhood pets. Maybe it is not always a part of their culture but one thing i can not embrace. I did not puke but i have no desire to eat anything.
